Technical ownership, not just tasks
I can take ownership of a feature, integration or backend module from technical design to production-ready delivery — including the decisions and trade-offs along the way.
8+ years in software development
I work with agencies, startups and growing companies on software projects that need more than just implementation. I help with backend development, architecture, integrations and long-term maintainability, especially when the system needs to grow reliably over time.
I can take ownership of a feature, integration or backend module from technical design to production-ready delivery — including the decisions and trade-offs along the way.
I think about edge cases, performance, security, maintainability and failure scenarios before they turn into expensive problems in production.
I understand the realities of agency delivery and can fit into existing teams, processes and client relationships without adding friction or unnecessary overhead.
Good software is not just about clean code. It is about making the right technical decisions early, keeping the system understandable and avoiding problems that become expensive later.
I keep systems understandable. Responsibilities should be clear, business logic should have a proper place and future changes should not require untangling half of the codebase.
I can work independently, but I do not disappear for days and come back with assumptions. I ask questions early, explain trade-offs and keep the team aligned.
I do not add abstractions just because they look smart. I choose solutions that fit the project, the team and the amount of complexity the system actually needs.
A few words from people I have worked with on production projects, agency collaborations and custom software delivery.
I have been building web applications, APIs and backend systems for more than eight years.
Over time, my work has moved from implementing individual features to taking responsibility for larger parts of a system — architecture, integrations, reliability and the technical decisions that affect the product long term.
I usually work with agencies, startups and growing companies where the software already matters to the business. That is where stability, clear architecture and good engineering judgment start to make a real difference.
I can join an existing team, improve weak parts of a system or build a new application from the ground up. In all cases, I care about software that stays understandable, reliable and safe to build on after the first release.

Yes. I regularly work with agencies as a white-label backend partner.
I can support your team behind the scenes, whether that means working through tickets, reviewing code, implementing features or collaborating directly with your developers. I respect your client relationship, internal processes and delivery standards, so the work stays fully under your agency’s name.
I mostly work with PHP, Laravel, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, queues, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Laravel is the framework I know best and use most often, especially for backend systems, APIs, SaaS products and internal platforms. That said, I don’t choose technology just because it is familiar. The stack should fit the product, the team, the operational requirements and the long-term maintainability of the system.
Yes. I use AI as part of my daily workflow.
I see it as a necessary part of modern software development. A good developer should be able to use AI effectively, stay up to date with new tools and still keep full responsibility for architecture, technical decisions and code quality.
AI helps with research, prototyping, code review, refactoring and exploring possible solutions. But it does not replace engineering judgment. Every output is reviewed, adapted and tested before it becomes part of the system.
I communicate in Czech or English, depending on the team.
My communication is clear, direct and focused on what matters: decisions, progress, risks and next steps. I prefer keeping everyone aligned without unnecessary meetings or noise, so the team always knows what is happening and what needs attention.
Let’s talk about where I can help, whether it is development, architecture, API design, or stabilizing an existing application.
